The program
Immortal Edge is a four month Valorant coaching program run by Hacker1 Training. When you enroll you get:
- Weekly 1on1 coaching sessions with Hacker1
- Biweekly mechanics sessions with our head of aim and mechanics
- Custom playbooks for every map and biweekly strategy sessions with our head of strategy
- Access to a private coach lounge with our high elo coaching staff
- Your own aim routines and roadmap
- Access to the Training Arc Society for the length of the program, with no monthly fees
The four months start from your first 1on1 session. Sessions are booked together with your coach over Discord. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to move a session.
Payment
The program is a single one time payment, shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment, which is a normal security step.
If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to enroll, and they should be the one making the payment.
Refund policy
Before your first session: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, as long as your first 1on1 session has not taken place yet.
After your first session: payments are non refundable. From the first session on, coaching time, your playbooks and your roadmap are being built and delivered just for you.
To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email or message the team on Discord with the name and email you used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.
If something is wrong, talk to us first. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We answer fast, and almost every issue is solved within a day.
How we work together
- We coach. We never play on your account, boost, or share accounts, and we will not ask for your login.
- Coaching materials, playbooks and routines are for your own use. Please do not resell or share them.
- Treat coaches and other students with respect. We can remove access for harassment or abuse, without a refund.
Results
The results shown on our pages are real, but they are not typical promises. Ranking up takes real games and real effort. We give you the coaching, the routines and the plan. Your result depends on how much you actually play and apply it.
Privacy
At checkout we collect your name, email and Discord username so we can deliver the program and contact you about it. Your payment details go straight to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
